Site engineer looking for a motivated and competent tower technician to join our team of technical professionals. We are looking for someone who values hard work and trust and we want to be part of a team that values the same. This position would be the third or fourth position in a tower of 3 or 4 people.
We prefer at least 1-2 years of experience in tower construction, but we will train the right candidates with no construction experience. NOTE: To get the access bonus, you must have experience in Lead / Tophand.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Perform installation, inspection and maintenance services for radio systems and wireless antennas in towers, roofs and other elevated structures in tower technician jobs near me collaboration with the foreman and the chief technician.
Perform civil field work, if applicable, in support of radio wiring, grounding, interconnection and / or pipe systems.
Finish work on time, efficiently and profitably.
Always comply with the FE and industry requirements for safety and quality control.
Identify and work with all the materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete the assigned work.
Keep equipment and vehicles clean and operational at all times.
Communicate effectively with the team leader, team leader and other crew members at all times.
